Early Intervention Coordinator and Coach

Sue Bainter is a trainer and coach for both Nebraska’s early intervention system and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Center for Youth Families and Schools. In this role, she coaches early intervention professionals in the Routines Based Interview child/family assessment and the Getting Ready Approach, both of which build strong partnerships with families to promote positive child outcomes. Sue is a statewide coordinator for Nebraska’s early intervention system and serves on the state leadership team facilitating scale up across the state. Sue received her master's degree in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
