Holly Dingman is the Community Health & Advocacy Director at Children’s Hospital & Medical Center. The community health efforts at Children’s aim to improve the life of every child by empowering communities to value and support the health, well-being and safety of all children, with a special focus on underrepresented children. In her role at Children’s, Ms. Dingman partners with multiple state and regional organizations and community organizations to implement child health and prevention initiatives. These initiatives include increasing access to healthy foods, school wellness, early childhood initiatives, pediatric mental health, and social determinant of health strategies. Ms. Dingman graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota and her Masters of Science in Human Nutrition from Colorado State University. At the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, she completed her dietetic internship to become a Registered Dietitian. She currently resides in Lincoln, NE, with her husband, three kids and three dogs.
