This session will be an introduction to the Community Well-Being collaboratives across the state, including how Community Response systems are working together using Central Navigation to ensure all children, youth, and families have access to services and to connect youth and families to resources and support in their community that increase youth and family protective factors. This session will provide opportunities to learn from community prevention system partners and young parents who have directly engaged in prevention system building and service delivery.

Learning Objectives

Understanding of the Community Well-Being initiative, Community Response, and Central Navigation
Ability to access community supports for youth and families using Central Navigation contacts
Increased knowledge of Protective and Promotive Factors and dual generation lens to service planning and delivery
Commitment to youth and parent leadership in prevention system planning
Support to engage in local prevention systems
