This presentation will provide participants with an understanding of early indicators of delay in young children birth to three years of age. Participants will learn how to identify behaviors that suggest delay in five developmental domains (e.g., personal-social, self-help, motor, communication, cognition). The assessment and eligibility process for children with disabilities in Nebraska under the age of three will be discussed along with services and support for families.
