Attendees are responsible for their own lodging accommodations and travel costs.

Hotel Room Block

A block of standard rooms has been arranged at the following hotels for Monday, June 24 and Tuesday June 25, 2024.

How to make a reservation

Please call the hotel or book online. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

  • Call the hotel
    Use the hotel's phone number to call them directly. Mention the room block name: “Nebraska Young Child Institute".
  • Book online
    Use the hotel's booking links. These links expire 30 days prior to arrival. If links expire or you encounter any issues, you can still reserve a room by contacting the hotel directly. The negotiated rate will be provided if rooms are still available.

Reservation Details

  • A credit card is required to guarantee individual reservations.
  • The hotel's check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 12pm. Rooms are assigned as they become available, but we cannot guarantee availability before 4pm.
  • Reservation cancellations must be made before 6pm on the day before the scheduled arrival date to avoid charges. Cancellations made after this time will be billed for the first night’s room charge plus tax. 
  • No-shows on the first night will result in cancellation of any subsequent nights. 
  • Any canceled reservation must obtain a cancellation number to verify that the registration was canceled. 
  • Advanced deposits or no-show charges cannot be refunded without proper cancellation documentation.
