As an attendee, we will collect personal data from you. When you register and pay to attend this conference, we will collect financial information from you (e.g., your credit card number and expiration date, billing address, etc.), some of which may constitute personal data. We will also collect other personal information (e.g., name, email address, etc) as part of the registration process and when you are creating an account to review your order and to send a confirmation email that an attendee’s ticket has been processed and registered.

How We Use Your Personal Data

The financial data is used to complete the ticket transaction. The personal data is used so attendees can review their order and to send a confirmation email that an attendee has completed registration. Personal information will allow our organizers to use an email tool to contact attendees regarding a follow-up survey. We will not sell your personal or financial data to third parties, including third party advertisers.
