Ticket Registration
How do I register and how much does it cost?
- Register online. Enter number of tickets you would like to purchase and checkout to pay.
- Tickets are $60 each.
What is included in the cost of my registration?
- Conference access, lunch, and refreshments on both days.
- Lodging and travel costs are not included. Check Venue & Hotel Page for hotel information.
What is the deadline to register?
Registration closes at 5pm on June 1, 2026, or earlier if maximum capacity is reached.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes. A registration confirmation email—including your ticket and conference details—will be sent to the email provided during registration once your payment is processed. If you don’t receive it, please contact nyci@unl.edu.
I started to register but did not finish. Why is my ticket not in my cart?
Incomplete registrations are automatically deleted after one hour. Please restart the registration process.
Can I buy a ticket the day-of the conference?
No on-site or walk-in registration will be available. Purchase a ticket online prior to June 1, 2026 (or earlier if capacity is reached).
Payment and Receipts
How can I pay for registration?
- Accepted payment methods:

- University of Nebraska cost object number (for NU department use only)

Will I receive a payment receipt?
Yes, the person who placed the order can download a PDF copy after the purchase. A receipt will also be emailed. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam folder. If it is still missing, contact nyci@unl.edu to request a copy.
How will the charge appear on my financial statement?
The charge will appear from “UNL-CCFL.” For questions, please contact nyci@unl.edu.
Agenda and Handouts
Where can I find information the agenda, speakers, plenaries, and session descriptions?
Check the Schedule page.
Is a PDF version of the agenda available?
Yes, you can find it on the Schedule page.
Do I need to pre-select my breakout sessions?
No. Choose sessions during the conference based on your interests and room availability. Arrive early—doors will close once sessions begin or rooms reach capacity.
Where can I find the assigned locations of breakout sessions?
Session locations will be listed on the Schedule page, available in June.
How long are the breakout sessions?
Each session lasts 60 minutes.
Will session materials or handouts be available?
- Yes. Slides and handouts (as permitted by speakers) will be posted online and accessible for up to 60 days after the conference.
- Note: Not every session will have handouts.

Conference Venue
When does conference check-in begin?
Check-in starts at 8:00am on June 16, 2026. Late arrivals can check-in at the Help Desk.
Where do I find a map of the conference center?

What is the dress code for this event?
Business casual. Room temperatures can be unpredictable, so we recommend dressing in layers for comfort.
Is Wi-Fi available at the venue?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the conference center — no password required.
Where is the conference being held?
The event will take place at the Younes Conference Center NORTH in Kearney, Nebraska. Visit the Younes Conference Center NORTH website for more information.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes. Free parking is available on-site for all conference attendees.
Will meals be provided?
Yes. Lunch and refreshments will be provided on both days of the conference. Breakfast and dinner are on your own.
A note about dietary restrictions:
The conference menu will be posted prior to the event. However, the venue’s catering is unable to accommodate individual dietary restrictions or preferences. Attendees with specific dietary needs are advised to contact the Younes Conference Center (308-238-7002).
Accessibility and Support
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. The Younes Conference Center NORTH is fully ADA-compliant and accessible.
Who can I contact for accessibility accommodations?
You can request accommodation directly on the registration form when buying your tickets. For additional support or questions, please email nyci@unl.edu at least two weeks before the event.
Is there support for nursing mothers?
Yes. A private lactation room will be available at the venue. Ask the help desk for access.
Lodging and Travel
Are there hotel accommodations nearby?
Yes. Several hotels are located near the Younes Conference Center. We recommend booking early to ensure availability. Visit the Venue & Hotel page for more information.
Is there a shuttle service or public transportation?
No official shuttle service is provided. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue. A large parking lot is available outside of the center with doors leading to the check-in area.
