Venue Location

Please note: In previous years, NYCI was held at the South Conference Center. For 2026, the event will take place at the North Conference Center, located within the same Younes campus in Kearney, NE.

Parking

Ample free parking is available on-site at the Younes Conference Center NORTH. Attendees can access the conference center parking from the main entrance, which leads directly to the pre-function area and registration.

Hotel Room Block

A limited block of standard rooms is available at the following hotels for Monday, June 15, and Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Rooms are first-come, first-served and subject to availability.

  • Call the hotel directly and mention the room block name “Nebraska Young Child Institute 2026”.
  • Book online using the provided links.
    Note: Links expire 30 days before arrival. If expired or unavailable, contact the hotel directly to inquire about the group rate.

Reservation Policies

  • A credit card is required to guarantee individual reservations.
  • Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM
  • Early check-in is not guaranteed.
  • Cancellations must be made by 6:00 PM the day before arrival to avoid charges.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged for the first night plus tax.
  • No-shows on the first night will result in cancellation of remaining nights.
  • Be sure to obtain a cancellation number for verification.
