Session Description

During this session you will learn about how to improve and enhance your transition process for children moving from Preschool to Kindergarten. Through the presentation of resources along with a discussion of tips, tricks, and what we have learned, you will leave the session with new ideas and tools to implement immediately to see an improvement in the transition process in your district!
