Registration Policies

  • On-site registration or walk-in registration will not be accommodated
  • Payment is due at the time of registration
  • Registration deadline: June 11, 2024, or when capacity is reached

  • Checks or purchase orders are not accepted

  • The schedule and certificate of attendance can be used to request and submit other CE credit
  • The certificate of attendance will be provided to attendees after the conference

Refund Policy

Full refunds can be requested until June 11, 2024 at 5pm. No refunds will be processed after 5pm on June 11, 2024.

We are unable to transfer tickets to someone else. You can request a ticket refund until June 11, 2024.


Will attendee receive a confirmation email?

Yes, a registration confirmation email with ticket and conference information will be sent to each attendee once payment is processed. Contact if not received.

I started to register but did not finish. Why is my ticket not in my cart?

Carts with incomplete registrations are deleted after one hour. Please restart the registration process.

Will I receive a payment receipt?

Yes, the person who placed the order will be emailed a payment receipt. If you don't find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder first. If you still can't locate it, feel free to reach out to to request a copy.

How will the charge appear on my financial statement?
