FAQ

Will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes. A registration confirmation email—including your ticket and conference details—will be sent to the email provided during registration once your payment is processed. If you don’t receive it, please contact nyci@unl.edu.

I started to register but did not finish. Why is my ticket not in my cart?

Incomplete registrations are automatically deleted after one hour. Please restart the registration process.

Will I receive a payment receipt?

Yes. You can access your receipt in three ways:

  • Instant Download: A link will appear on the confirmation page immediately after checkout.
  • Email: A PDF copy is automatically sent to the email address used during purchase. (If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If it is still missing, contact nyci@unl.edu to request a copy.)
  • Account Dashboard: Log in to your account at any time after purchase to download your PDF receipt.

How will the charge appear on my financial statement?

The charge will appear from “UNL-CCFL.” For questions, please contact nyci@unl.edu.
